Alex Boria, Owner

Alexander Boria is the Founder and Owner of Borluv Development. Over his career, Alex has established a proven track record of successful business and real estate ventures. Alex has exhibited a strong level of experience across all stages of commercial and residential real estate projects, including complex land acquisition and re-entitlements, intensive value-add repositioning, joint venture and debt structure strategy and dispositions. Having structured a multitude of real estate transactions throughout his career and across South Florida, Alex benefits from a deep and substantial network of banking, equity, and deal source relationships.

Alex is also heavily involved in volunteer and community outreach programs, co-founding several non-profit organizations across South Florida. Prior to founding Borluv, Alex received his Master’s in Finance from the University of Miami and a minor in International Business from Florida International University. Alex is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and has experience managing, leasing and selling both commercial and residential real estate.

Eddie Otero, President

Eddie Otero is an accomplished real estate developer with over 20 years of experience across all stages of the design and development of commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate projects. Eddie spent the majority of his career as Senior Vice President and Project Manager with Trammell Crow, a publicly traded development firm which has built over $65 billion of real estate across 590 million SF. In his role at Trammell Crow, Eddie was responsible for directing all aspects of institutional level development projects from initial concept planning stages through the full completion of construction. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Eddie was a lead Project Engineer for Turner Construction, one of the largest construction management companies in the United States. In Miami, Eddie oversaw the construction and development management division at Mast Capital for 4 years. Eddie has been involved in all aspects of acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, leasing, sales and management.

Over his career, Eddie has developed in excess of 3 million SF of commercial, residential and mixed-use product valued at over $900 million. Eddie has developed projects alongside numerous institutional and prominent clients such as the U.S. Department of Defense, GSA, DEA, Northrop Grumman, Honda North America, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Principal Financial Group and The Carlyle Group. Eddie is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.

Cesar Lang, CEO

Cesar Lang is an accomplished real estate professional and visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate development and technology. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Borluv Developments, where he leads operations of a $100M AUM portfolio and leverages his expertise in commercial real estate investments to develop and add value to opportunities.

Prior to Borluv, Cesar served as the Director of Operations for a luxury real estate developing company generating $15-$20M in annual revenue. During his 10-year tenure, he managed in-house and outsourced staff teams, collaborating across departments to meet deadlines and driving revenue. One of his key accomplishments was leading the architectural and interior design of a $100M+ customizable mansion community, which achieved recognition through multiple industry awards.

Lidia Aguilera, Operations Manager

Lidia Aguilera was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where she developed a deep love for the city and its unique architecture. Lidia attended Nova Southeastern University, earning a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and a Master's in Real Estate Development.

Before transitioning to real estate development, Lidia worked as a property manager for over 12 years overseeing over 400 properties throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County, including luxury real estate such as Continuum on South Beach, Bentley Bay, 900 Biscayne, and much more. The portfolio was valued at over 100 million dollars. Her skills as a property manager have been invaluable in her real estate development career, as they have helped her to develop a stronger focus on tenant satisfaction, cost management, and operational efficiency, allowing her to understand the needs and concerns of both property owners and tenants.

With her passion for real estate development, Lidia is poised to make a lasting impact on the industry in Miami and beyond.
